Looking back on a lifetime love of sports and my years playing college football, I’m grateful to have played for several exceptional coaches who pushed and inspired me to achieve more than I ever thought possible. My coaches taught me life lessons that I continue to reflect on and utilize today.

Since starting my career in 1986, I have tried to emulate my coaches by pushing and inspiring my clients and fellow financial professionals to work to get better every day, to challenge the “opponents” of popular opinion and half-truths and to always strive to win the championship, which in our business is reaching your maximum financial potential.

A coach at heart, I team up with financial professionals, firms and insurance companies throughout the country to help them grow their business and increase their impact with their clients.

I’m direct and authentic: I tell you what works and why. 

I combine stories and analogies, supported with the verification of software, to help financial professionals clarify and convey the truth about money.

With my professional counsel, the individuals I coach better understand how to help their clients protect, grow, enjoy and preserve their money.

For more than a decade, I have been a national trainer and consultant for Leap Systems, Inc, providing one-on-one coaching, leading group training sessions and serving as a keynote speaker for large conferences. 

A 34-year veteran of the insurance and financial services industries, I have served as a financial professional, agency trainer, sales manager and general agent.
